Terms of Service

• ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 OR OLDER AND PROVIDE VALID ID.

• Wyld Nite Pub Crawl its employees, representatives and/or volunteers (hereafter “Wyld Nite Pub Crawl”) are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in a Wyld Nite Pub Crawl, including injury, loss or damage of property which might be caused

• Participants of Wyld Nite Pub Crawl acknowledge that they are aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation in the Pub Crawl, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself or others). These risks include but are not limited to the following:
  The risks associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during the Pub Crawl, including transportation provided by commercial, private and/or public motor vehicles;
  Intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning from the alcohol they consume whether voluntarily or through coercion;
  The possibility of bodily injury (broken bones and soft tissue damage) including dental damages from falling down, being knocked down or being involved in a physical confrontation whether caused by themself or someone else;
  The risks associated with returning to their residence.

• All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. Wyld Nite Pub Crawl will do its best to ensure that participants safely attend a variety of localities and venues within Montreal. However, Wyld Nite Pub Crawl events cannot mitigate every eventuality and as such, Wyld Nite Pub Crawl events involve an element of possible risk from other external factors which cannot be fully controlled. Natural disasters, buildings’ safety, external events or dangerous behaviour of other parties are out of Wyld Nite Pub Crawls responsibilities.

• All participants acknowledge these risks and attend events of their own accord and solely at their own risk as presented.

• Wyld Nite Pub Crawl has the right to accept or reject the potential clients on several criteria that may affect the quality of the services, such as: decent dress code, alcohol level, aggressive attitude towards the organizers and other clients, refusal of payment etc.; In the same time, Wyld Nite Pub Crawl does not discriminate based on sexual orientation, gender, political views, religious views or race in any situation.

• All participants should be aware of their own physical or mental limitations before attending an event. People with medical conditions, extreme allergies, alcohol limited diets or who are pregnant, are strongly advised not to participate in Wyld Nite Pub Crawl events and must inform Wyld Nite Pub Crawl of the full nature of their condition before participating. Wyld Nite Pub Crawl is not responsible for the situation created if the participants are affected during the services.

• All Wyld Nite Pub Crawl participants must be 18 years or older. Only official identification will be accepted as proof of age if required and includes: Passports, driver licenses, cards etc.) Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other unofficial documents.

• The service provider is not responsible if the planned event or the requested service is cancelled for any external factors (extreme weather conditions, absence of the participants, if the minimum number of attenders is not met or if the service users ask for a different service without a prior notice of at least 24 hours in advance).

• Wyld Nite Pub Crawl reserves the right to change or modify tours without prior notice, including changing or altering venues and routes for the best delivery of services. In the event of a change, Wyld Nite Pub Crawl will endeavour to substitute comparable venues and services, but accepts no liability for changes or participants’ refusal to comply. In this eventuality of change, the organizers should provide the minimum promised services as agreed prior to start or offer an agreed refund if not possible.

• In case of any improper dress, lack of proper ID, dangerous behaviours, illegal acts or abusive practices from the clients, Wyld Nite Pub Crawl is eligible for cancelling the service providing without any compensation and further effects to it.
